Water from sea, river, lakes, ponds etc. will go to the atmosphere as in the form of water vapour by the process of evaporation. The water vapour rises normal cool and changes into droplets of water process of condensation. A large number of droplets to combine to form clouds. This clouds further too large droplets and finally fall down on the earth as rain.
